30 days, no questions asked.

If a formula does not work for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it in full.

How to start a refund. Email support@micro-ingredients.com with your order number. That is the whole process — no form, no call.

Timing. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually land within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Subscriptions. Skip, swap or cancel any time from your account. A cancellation takes effect before your next charge as long as it is made before the renewal date.

Damaged or wrong items. Send a photo and we will replace it, no return needed.
