When I saw this I knew right away this would be a keeper. My son uses this everyday to enhance his workouts. And anytime we or he travels it is a pain to pack that giant tub of creatine powder he normally uses. With this product he would need 10 caps for each day he plans on being away (as he takes 5 grams and these are 500mgs per cap). Put them in a zip lock bag ( or take this bag if it's an extended trip) and packs easily in the luggage. So these caps are there for him when he works out usually in the hotel gym if that is available or when he does some resistance training. He doesn't like to
