Love that I finally found melatonin that's higher than 10mg and its not those nasty fast dissolve tablets. I take 2 of these and fall asleep in about 30 minutes, and I've finally stopped getting up at 3 am wide awake! I was worried about the size but I think the pictures just make them look much larger because in person they are about the same size as a acetaminophen tablet so no trouble getting them down! Overall great product and you can't beat the price!
