I definitely don't get enough fruits and vegetables. So I add freeze dried to get all the things I wish I would eat in a smoothie. There prices and quality make the competition look silly. Look at what people pay for "ballance of nature" ridiculous. All there products seem to be USDA this is mandatory imo.

As far as I can tell, this seems to be a pure and fresh product. It definitely smells like kale when you first open it but it isn't strong or overpowering. Neither is the taste. It's just has a light earthy kind of taste but it blends in smoother with smoothies then it does if you put a handful of fresh kale in with it. Using this means it's less chunky. Sir, the powdered form of this doesn't contain the whole spectrum of Nutrients as using fresh whole kale but this is great when you are in a hurry and don't feel like washing kale and taking it off the stock and blending it up.
