I'd know cause I've tried all of them, nearly every day since 2007 I've been hooked on Reshi mushroom coffee for the health benifts, I make in a very large mug with oat milk then with my usual medium roasted espresso coffee and to boost flavour a teaspoon of this mushroom elixir to help alkaline it a little and give the extra health benefits to my morning routine.. Micro Ingredients is my go to for ALL my supplement needs. This mushroom coffee is great. I put a scoop of it with my morning coffee. Because it already has Arabica instant coffee and in it, it mixes well with mine unlike the Ryze one, which I have touched since my 1st try last year, which made me hesitate to try this one, but I'm glad I did. Best to brew your coffee a little weaker when adding this, so it's not then too strong. ❤️❤️❤️ it 👍👍👍

I had tried Ryze & Everyday Dose mushroom coffees and wanted to give them a try. It was advertised in TikTok that it had 10 mushrooms, that all sounded good until I tried it and felt very jittery and felt that it just tasted like coffee. I could not see the grounded mushrooms like on the other two mushroom coffees mentioned above. I reached out via TikTok to get the nutritional values of the mushrooms within this product as in percentages per servings and on their bag, it just states how many mushrooms but their percentages are zero.
