Lion's Mane Mushroom has changed THE COLOR DARK IN COLOR compared to the original light brown or blonde color. I mix in see through glass cup with hot water and the color now turn dark brown {thought I got a bad batch bought 2x same problem) I was afraid to taste it didn't look right.
