I like that its had the same ingredients as my last omega 369. I like that it does not contain soy, non go and gluten free. It brings 300 softgels so i share this btw me and my husband. Only thing that I would say I dont like is the coating of it, sometimes hard to swallow my last one had a gel soft coating. I also like that when you buy one they send you a free one as a special offer. Since my last product is out of stock everywhere due to the pandemic I'm rocking with these for now.

I mainly took this for the EPO in it and it actually works. My CM drastically changed into fertile and it gives me a piece of mind that I can conceive properly. Also, the omega 3-6-9 helps my brain work really well. I only take it 14 days out of my cycle in the LP bc of the EPO but during that time it really clears up my brain fog. Great stuff. Also love that it's non gmo. The only problem I have is that you have to take 3 pills a day. It's kind of a big pill which is expected with fish oil and stuff but I've gotten a bit nauseous at times from it. Then again I am prone to that. Also no fishy
