Prior to taking this my VITAMIN D, 25 OH, lab reading was suboptimal at 26 NG/ML. Since I spend a lot of time indoors because it is always always hot and humid outside in central Texas I decided to take 10,000 IU daily (5,000 in the morning and 5,000 in the evening). After using this for 3 months on 7/23/21 my lab results showed a reading of 64 NL/DL, exactly mid-way within the optimal range of 30 to 100 NG/DL, see attached pic. Doctor is pleased.
